study has recorded the benefits of meditation after just four days of mindfulness
training. So there's no need to feel you have to be a 'pro' to feel the
benefits.

It is a pretty tall order to achieve p
hysical wellness, a balanced life, and inner peace
in today’s hectic world. We often have one or maybe two of those ‘desirables’ checked off; but not all three.
Meditation could be the catalyst, or 'tool' you need to embrace all
three.
If you picture meditation as a kind of slightly hippy-alternative Eastern religion ‘thing’ don’t worry you’re not

. Perhaps you've visualized a bearded man sitting like a pretzel up on a
mountain?
Fortunately you don't have to climb a mountain or sit
in strange positions to meditate. Meditation is practiced the world over by
business people, scientists, athletes, parents…at home, work, in their
cars (not while driving!)...or at the beach! The commonality is that all of those people want to find
effective solutions to redress the balance of their lives, to achieve physical wellness and inner
peace.
